About the position
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager with sound training as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician - Buses or Commercial Vehicles.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing a workshop for city and coach buses and ensure that all repair and maintenance work runs smoothly.
Your main responsibilities
- Organize and manage workshop operations
- Coordination of maintenance , repairs and inspections on buses (maintenance, repair, and inspection of commercial vehicles)
- Lead and motivate the workshop team
- Diagnosis of complex technical issues (diagnose complex technical issues)
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards (ensure compliance with quality and safety standards)
- Documentation and reporting to the management (reporting to management)
Your profile (requirements)
- Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician for buses or commercial vehicles (qualified automotive mechatronics technician - buses or commercial vehicles)
- Professional experience as workshop manager or deputy manager (experience as workshop manager or deputy manager)
- Sound knowledge of electrics, mechanics and diagnostics

- Organizational talent and leadership skills (leadership and organizational skills)
- Experience with high-voltage technology (electric buses) an advantage (high-voltage technology experience advantageous)
